Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater is reportedly the subject of interest from Norwich City, according to The Daily Mail.
The England international will be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge ahead of a new season.
Brighton & Hove Albion were said to be interested in the 29-year-old midfielder last week, while other English clubs may look to secure a loan deal in the coming days.
The Canaries have emerged as a number one contenders for the former Leicester City man, however, with the report suggesting that Daniel Farke’s side have already made contact with the north Londoners.
Drinkwater, who failed to make a single appearance for the Blues during the last campaign, still has three years remaining on his contract with Chelsea.
