Manchester United are contemplating a ‘huge’ offer to prise Harry Kane away from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according to The Times.
The England international is believed to have informed Spurs to leave the club this summer and end his 16-year association with the Lilywhites.
Manchester City are said to be the No.1 favourites for Kane’s signature, though, while Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy would supposedly rather see him join a foreign club.
However, the aforementioned report suggests that Manchester United are ready to make a substantial offer for the 27-year-old striker who is considering a moving way in the pursuit of silverware.
It remains to be seen if a bumper financial offer would be enough to convince the Englishman to submit a transfer request.
