Manchester City have reportedly placed emphasis on signing Chelsea forward Kai Havertz in the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old has been impressive during his two-and-a-half-year spell at Stamford Bridge, contributing 25 goals and 14 assists in 105 appearances across all competitions.
The Germany international has started 11 of his 14 games so far this season, but the frontman has only found the back of the net two times.
Journalist Simon Phillips claims that Havertz has attracted interest from the current Premier League champions.
It seems unlikely that the Blues would consider selling the former Bayer Leverkusen man, who is contracted to Chelsea until June 2025.
Meanwhile, the Citizens have also been credited with an interest in Napoli attacker Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who is reluctant to renew his contract with the Italian club.
