The Premier League champions Manchester City have reportedly entered the competition to sign Paris-Saint Germain attacker Neymar during the summer transfer window.
Manchester United and Liverpool are also said to be interested in acquiring the Brazil international.
Neymar joined PSG from Barcelona in the summer of 2017 and has since scored more than 100 goals in 173 appearances across various competitions for the Parisians.
Although the 31-year-old forward has not won the Champions League with PSG, he has helped the club secure four Ligue 1 titles, and they are currently leading the race to retain their title this season under Christophe Galtier.
According to Fichajes, Manchester City along with Manchester United and Liverpool, are competing to secure Neymar’s services for the next season. It is believed that City are looking to strengthen their attacking options and may consider the Brazilian as a potential strike partner for Erling Braut Haaland.
Manchester City are currently in a strong position to retain the Premier League title this season, sitting one point ahead of Arsenal with a game in hand.
