Liverpool are mulling over a summer move for Dutch teenager Xavier Mbuyamba.
The 17-year-old defender currently turns out for MVV Maastricht and has already racked up 11 first-team appearances for the second-tier Dutch side.
According to Voetbal International, Mbuyamba is on trial at Chelsea, but Liverpool are hoping to make a summer swoop for the highly-rated teenager from their league rivals.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich, Celtic and FC Porto are also closely monitoring developments of the versatile centre-back.
