Liverpool are leading the chase to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois this summer, according to Spanish outlet Don Balon, as quoted by the Daily Express.
The Reds have moved into pole position to sign the Belgian shot-stopper as the Merseyside giants look to bolster their options between the sticks ahead of next season.
The report adds that Liverpool and Real Madrid are the leading suitors to sign the 26-year-old this summer amid the uncertainty about the player’s future at Stamford Bridge.
However, it is also suggested that it is Liverpool who are the front-runners to acquire Courtois’ services with manager Jurgen Klopp feels that a deal to lure the Belgian to Anfield is “feasible”.
