Everton are lining up a £30m bid for Juventus attacker Emre Can, according to The Mirror.
The 26-year-old midfielder has only made eight appearances during the 2019-20 campaign.
A number of elite clubs across Europe, including Manchester United and AC Milan, have previously been credited with an interest in the German.
However, the report claims, Everton are now in the hunt for the playmaker and are preparing to launch a £30 million offer in the hope of completing a January deal.
The report adds that Toffees boss Carlo Ancelotti views Can as the ideal signing to boost his first-team squad.
Can arrived Turin on a free transfer from Liverpool in 2018.
