Henriksen, 24, joined the Tigers on loan deal with an option to make the move permanent in January 2017.
The striker has racked up 78 league appearances, scoring 11 goals, during his four years in the Netherlands.
Henriksen has earned 27 caps for the Norway national side and is a pivotal part of the squad that are due to face Germans in a World Cup 2018 qualifier this Sunday.
The summer transfer deadline day was quite busy for the Premier League outfit, who have also secured Dieumerci Mbokani, James Weir, David Marshall, Will Keane and Ryan Mason to the KCOM.
