Barcelona have emerged as rumoured suitors for Borussia Dortmund attacker Youssoufa Moukoko.
The 18-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season. He will be able to discuss pre-contract agreements with foreign clubs from next month onwards, and his long-term future at Signal Iduna Park is shrouded in uncertainty.
The Bundesliga giants are still hopeful of tying the teenager down to a new contract amid interest from several top European clubs including Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, and now Football Transfers claims that Barcelona have joined the race for his signature.
The report adds that the Blaugrana would be open to signing Moukoko on a free transfer.
The Germany international joined Dortmund’s famed academy in 2016, and the teenager amassed a staggering 90 goals from 56 matches at the Under-17 level.
He continued his impressive performance in the Under-19 ranks with 47 goals in 25 just appearances, and he was promoted to the senior side for the 2020-21 campaign.
The former St Pauli youngster has scored 11 goals and registered eight assists in 59 senior appearances for Dortmund.
