Arsenal are reportedly preparing to offer manager Arsene Wenger a new two-year contract extension to keep him at the Emirates Stadium until June 2019, according to Sunday Mirror.
The long-serving Frenchman, who is in his 20th season at the north London and is currently under contract until June 2017. There has been speculation abut his future that he could be retire at the end of that deal.
But the Mirror is reporting that the club hierarchy are keen to extend his stay for an excellent start to the Premier League season, which would keep him at the Emirates until his 70th birthday.
